Tamarind for good health



1) The turmeric acid of tamarind increases the digestion and taste.

2) Tamarind is useful in high blood pressure.

3) The green leaves of tamarind contains amino acid. Juice made from these leaves is good to drink. It helps in cold-cough, piles and urinary burning.

4) Tamarind reduces the fats in blood. 

5) If you feel hollow stomach, then wet the tamarind in one cup water and add some salt and sugar or gur in it. and then drink. It makes you feel good. and it is also helpful in burning feet and hands.

6) If you can add some garlic paste in tamarind then it will work better in reducing the fats from blood.

7) Tamarind is prohibited for the persons who are suffering from kidney diseases and jaundice. Because tamarind is high in potassium and oxalic acid.
