A Russian is sent into Africa to explore it for takeover.
A group of natives jump him, take his gun and bring him to their village.
A large native man approaches and says to him, "You are our prisoner. Tonight we feast and you will play African roulette."
That evening there is a lot of dancing and partying.
The large man approaches him and says, "Now you learn to play African roulette. Sit in circle, six women. Choose one, she give blow job."
The Russian man says, "This is very similar to a game back home called Russian roulette, but there is something missing. What is the roulette part?"
The large native says, "One of them is a cannibal."
